As Operations Manager, Tiffiny enjoys the variety her role brings and the opportunity to support both the team and clients each day. She is passionate about improving processes and systems, creating efficiencies, and finding practical ways to support the ongoing growth and success of the business.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Tiffiny’s role is helping people succeed. Whether it’s supporting a team member, implementing improvements that make a positive impact, or helping create a seamless client experience, she enjoys contributing to an environment where both people and the business can thrive.

Tiffiny holds a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and a Certificate III in Business Administration. She enjoys combining these skills with her passion for organisation, continuous improvement, and helping others to support the ongoing success of MAC Financial.

Outside of work, Tiffiny is a proud mum to her son and loves spending time with her family. Whether camping, fishing, or simply enjoying a quiet day at home, she values the simple moments and creating lasting memories with those closest to her.
